Impact Sciences is pleased to welcome Senior Project Manager Margaret Lin to the team! In her role, Margaret is responsible for the oversight of CEQA projects, leadership and mentoring of planning staff, contribution to Impact Sciences’ business development efforts, and preparation of CEQA documentation for a wide range of development projects and plans. Margaret brings 10 years of public-sector experience managing transportation planning, housing initiatives, art programs, long-range planning, and economic development activities. She has previously served as a Regional Transportation Planner for the Southern California Association of Governments and most recently as the Deputy Director of Community Development for the City of South Pasadena. Margaret has a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University – Pomona.
