716 West Beach Avenue Apartments Project CEQA Documentation

Impact Sciences prepared CEQA and NEPA documentation for the proposed 716 West Beach Avenue Project in the City of Inglewood. The project would construct a 43-unit apartment building located on a 36,500 square foot lot at 716 West Beach Avenue. Approximately six of the units were proposed as income restricted affordable and the remaining units proposed to be developed with Property Based Vouchers.

Impact Sciences provided documentation to support a Categorical Exemption under Section 15332 (Class 32 – In-Fill Development), including air quality, noise, transportation, and water quality reports. As the Project Applicant would be using U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds for development, an Environmental Assessment (EA) with a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) was also prepared to comply with NEPA regulations.
