Mentorship Program

Impact Sciences strongly believes in the active mentoring and training of our emerging staff. In response, the firm assigns each of our emerging staff a mentor on their first day of employment. The purpose of the mentor is to provide an accessible venue for advice on all non-job related issues. Each of our mentors is a Senior Project Manager or Associate Principal that has undergone professional mentorship training.

To fast forward development of our emerging staff, Impact Sciences engages in an active training program. Training focuses on technical issues but also emphasizes training in project management and necessary administrative responsibilities. Training occurs via weekly professional seminars hosted by a Topic Specialist and is open to all Impact Sciences staff. Topic Specialists are senior staff with a particular technical expertise. To ensure the highest quality of training, all seminars have been reviewed and approved by the Program Director.
