Eric Sakowicz, CEO,  founded Impact Sciences along with Tom Worthington in 1988.   Over 20 years later, as much as has been accomplished, more continues to be done.  Eric provides the overall vision for Impact Sciences and is involved in senior project direction, development of the mentorship and future leaders program for emerging staff and training and management programs for senior staff.

Tom Worthington, President/COO, oversees the day to day operations of the firm and provides leadership for senior staff and project direction for large, complex and regionally prominent projects.  He has particular expertise in projects that are generally subject to a very high level of scrutiny and potential legal challenge.  Consequently, Mr. Worthington has developed solid experience assisting with the defense of environmental documents in highly charged Court settings. This broad array of environmental experience, combined with his business experience and management abilities, allows Mr. Worthington to develop and apply workable environmental principles that address the needs of the key parties involved in the environmental review process.
